Each set is meticulously sized to match the precise width of your natural toenails in millimeters, guaranteeing a flawless fit every time. We avoid using generic nail tips; instead, we offer custom sizes that accommodate any nail bed, whether large or small.

We recommend measuring your toenails using our Measuring Kit stickers. By not doing so, your measurements could be inaccurate.

Please ensure you have the measuring stickers, sizing chart, and pen provided in the kit. Remove the measuring stickers and proceed to measure your toenails, making sure they are polish-free for accurate results.
Align the very end of your toenail with the 0 mm mark and adhere the sticker across your toenail bed. Align the opposite end of your toenail with the corresponding measurement result. Double-check by turning the measuring sticker and measuring again from the opposite side to ensure consistency.

Write down your results on the size chart. Please note that sizes may vary between the left & right feet.

Regrettably, customization isn't an option. Our reusable toenail extensions are crafted to be trimmed down to your preferred length, so nail art—including French tips—can't be painted.

Definitely! We understand that toenail beds vary greatly in size, and our sizing system accommodates both wider and longer toenails. Regardless of the width or length of your toenails, we can create a custom fit just for you. If your toenails are longer, simply choose our long length option, and you can easily file them down to your desired size. Our reusable toenail extensions are designed to withstand filing without chipping. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us!

To properly adhere our toenail extensions, a natural toenail is necessary for support. Please avoid applying any glue directly to your skin, including glue tabs!

Since Inglass Nails reusable toenail extensions are handmade, slight variations may be present; no two toenails are the same. Furthermore, imperfections such as air bubbles, glitters, and tiny dust particles may be present.

Kindly understand that screens and lighting can affect the colors pictured; thus, actual colors may vary depending on the lighting. 

All of our toenail extensions are designed to be transparent, providing a clean, natural, and elegant appearance. If you prefer opaque colors for your toenails, we recommend looking for alternative options.

Please note that improper use of our reusable toenail extension system may lead to damage of the toenails. It’s essential to follow all product instructions, as Inglass Nails cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs while in your care.

Begin by mixing step 1, the salt soak, with warm water and immerse your feet for up to 5 minutes. However, soaking for just 2 minutes is sufficient for achieving incredibly soft and hydrated hands feet. Next, proceed to step 2 and exfoliate your feet, then rinse thoroughly. After exfoliation, tidy up your cuticles using our all-natural cuticle remover. Once your cuticles are neat, take our lint-free wipes to apply our nail cleanser, which will remove any oils. You can also use the prep wipe included in the nail essentials kit. This step is essential! Properly cleansing and dehydrating the toenails is crucial to prevent lifting issues. If you're aiming for shorter wear time, you can either buff the natural toenail or skip the prep step entirely. For those who tend to be tough on their feet or want their toenail extensions to endure longer, gently file the edges of the nail with the 180 grit nail file from the nail essentials kit. Wipe away any dust using our nail cleanser.

Now, apply one or two coats of our prep dehydrator. Next, add airdry gel nail glue to the center of the toenail extension, adjusting the amount based on your nail bed's size. Employing the downward angle technique, position the nail extension at a 45° angle and hold it in place for 15 seconds. Use our detailing wands to remove any excess glue around the cuticles or beneath the nail extension, and maintain pressure for another 15 seconds.

Ensure that the toenail extensions sit perfectly level with the natural toenail to prevent any spaces. Position your thumbs on either side of the toenail extension while waiting for 30 seconds. 

For optimal results, avoid water and strenuous activities for at least one hour following the application.

Next, proceed to step 3 by applying the lotion and gently massaging your feet in circular motions to promote circulation. After that, move on to step 4 by applying the oil and giving yourself a thorough massage. To complete the process, finish with our all-natural cuticle oil to lock in moisture and nourish your cuticles.

Since our airdry nail glue forms a strong bond, we recommend starting the removal process with a steamer for 3 to 5 minutes to help break the adhesive. After steaming, apply the Remover generously around the nails, ensuring to cover the underside as well. Allow it to sit for 1 to 2 minutes, then steam the nails again for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. 

Next, take our Detacher tool and carefully slide the pointed end along the sidewalls and around the cuticle area to create an entry point for the remover to penetrate deeper into the nail extension. Always position the detacher as shown on the video: parallel to the skin to prevent any harm to the reusable nail extensions. Reapply the Remover and let it sit for another 1 to 2 minutes before steaming once more. 

Once you’ve accessed the entry point, concentrate on taking off one nail extension at a time. Apply additional remover as needed, switching between the pointed and spatula ends around the edges and beneath the nails. If you spot any sections still attached to your natural nails, apply more remover and carefully use the detacher to loosen the nail extension. 
It's common to have a dry and thin residue on your skin. You can easily flake it off, remove it using our orange buffer or nail cleanser.
Remember to avoid using too much force to protect your natural toenails from any potential harm.

Our reusable nail extensions require 3-12 business days for processing, due to their unique nature. Customers can opt for priority processing, which shortens the processing time to 1-2 business days.

All other items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Due to the custom nature of all of our reusable nail extensions, we don't accept returns or exchanges. All nail extensions sales are nonreturnable / non-refundable. Returned / refused packages are not eligible for a refund.

If there is something wrong with your items upon arrival, please reach out to us within three calendar days from the delivery date. Contact us via email with a brief description and a picture of the issue to facilitate resolution.

All other products, can be returned in their original condition - unopened and unused - within 30 days of receiving the order. Customers are accountable for the return shipping costs, and we shall not be liable for any lost or damaged return packages. Refunds will be processed once the products have been received.

We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation requests made after this 12-hour window will not be accepted.

We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel your order or reduce the quantity thereof, which we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. 

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it.

Kindly note that once we ship the order we no longer have control over it. Double check your shipping address before placing an order! If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We do not take responsibility if the order has been shipped to the wrong address. If the package is still in transit, you could reach out to the shipping carrier to change the delivery address (a fee may occur for this service by the selected carrier.) 

Inglass Nails is not duty bound to replace or refund packages that have been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

In case of your package is lost in transit, a product replacement might be issued at the discretion of lnglass Nails. Please contact us if the package has been in transit for longer than two weeks.
