By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. 01 · AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you — whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) — and Inglass Nails™ (“Inglass Nails,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of inglassnails.com and any related media, channels, or applications (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site, placing an order, or booking any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting, indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Minors under 18 must have parental permission and supervision to use the Site. The Site is hosted in the United States and is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA or FISMA. Do not use the Site in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
The information on this Site is not intended for distribution to persons in jurisdictions where such distribution would be contrary to applicable law. Those who access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
02 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all of its content — including source code, databases, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, and nail art imagery — as well as all trademarks, service marks, and logos are the proprietary property of Inglass Nails™ and are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
Inglass Nails™, Bond-on Nails™, Bond-on Hard Gel Nail Extensions™, Bond-on Nail Extensions™, Bond-on Hard Gel Extensions™, The Inglass Nails Virtual Sculpting Kit™, The Inglass Nails Renewal™ and Bond-on Toenail Extensions™ are proprietary brand names and terms belonging exclusively to Inglass Nails. Unauthorized use of these names, terms, or any confusingly similar variation — in any medium, platform, or commercial context — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
You are granted a limited, non-commercial license to access and use the Site and download or print content solely for personal use. No content or marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, licensed, or commercially exploited without our express prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Our proprietary sculpting process, bonding system, kit design, written application guides, and all branded content are protected intellectual property. Accessing this Site as a nail technician, beauty professional, or industry competitor for the purpose of replicating, studying, or commercially reproducing any aspect of our products, processes, or content is expressly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
03 · OUR SERVICES & PRODUCTS
Inglass Nails™ operates as a virtual nail studio offering Bond-on Hard Gel Extensions™ — handcrafted, made-to-order nail extension sets sculpted entirely to each client’s individual nail bed measurements. All nail extension sets are custom products made on demand and are not mass-produced or pre-made.
Our services are designed exclusively for personal use by the individual placing the order. Our products and services are not intended for resale, professional study, trade use, or use by nail technicians or beauty industry professionals seeking to replicate our methods or products.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected professional or trade use, suspected intent to copy or replicate our proprietary methods, or any violation of these Terms.
By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing exclusively for personal wear and not for professional, trade, or commercial purposes of any kind.
All product descriptions, pricing, images, and availability are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion. Slight variations inherent in handmade products do not constitute defects. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict orders to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
04 · STUDIO CLIENT TIERS & BOOKING ENTRANCES
Inglass Nails™ operates with three client tiers. Each tier has its own booking entrance, calendar access, and experience. Please book through the entrance that corresponds to your client status. Booking through the wrong entrance may result in your order being rescheduled or cancelled.
New to the Studio
First-time clients who have never placed an order with Inglass Nails™. New to the Studio clients receive a complimentary Virtual Sculpting Kit with their first order and must select a Creation Date at least 3 weeks from their purchase date. Once your sizes are on file after your first order, you will transition to Studio Guest status for all future bookings.
Studio Guests
Clients who have completed their first order and have sizes on file, but order occasionally rather than on a regular monthly schedule. Studio Guests book from the guest calendar with no kit wait time. You are a Studio Guest if you order occasionally or if you were previously a Studio Member and have not ordered for 2 consecutive months.
Studio Members
Clients who order every month consistently. Studio Members have access to the reserved priority calendar — Creation Dates held exclusively for regular clients. Studio Member status is maintained by placing at least one order per month. If you do not order for 2 consecutive months, your status returns to Studio Guest. You may regain Studio Member status by placing two consecutive monthly orders.
05 · VIRTUAL SCULPTING KIT POLICY
The Inglass Nails Virtual Sculpting Kit is provided free of charge to first-time clients upon ordering a nail extension set. The kit carries a retail value of $50.
If you change your mind after receiving your kit, you may request a refund of your nail set provided the kit is returned unused and unopened. The refunded amount will reflect the cost of your nail set minus both outbound and return shipping label fees.
If the kit is returned in used or opened condition, a $50 kit fee will be charged. Used kits are not eligible for a fee waiver under any circumstance.
If we receive your sizes and determine they are unusable or damaged, we will contact you with two options: a replacement kit at no $50 kit fee but subject to shipping costs, or cancellation of your order with a refund minus the $50 kit fee.
If your kit shows no tracking movement for more than 2 weeks, contact client care and we will reship at no additional cost. If your return kit is lost in transit, we will reship a new kit at no additional cost and reschedule your Creation Date.
06 · BOOKING, PRE-BOOKING & RESERVATIONS
New to the Studio
All first-time clients must complete the Virtual Sculpting Kit process before their nail extensions can be handcrafted. Please select a Creation Date at least 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Creation Dates cannot be guaranteed until your sizes have been received.
Studio Guests
Once your sizes are on file, you may book any available date from the guest calendar. No kit is required. Please select a Creation Date at least 1 week from purchase.
Studio Members
Studio Members book exclusively through the Studio Members entrance using the reserved priority calendar. Please select a Creation Date at least 1 week from purchase.
The Studio Reservation — Pre-Booking
Studio Members may pre-book their next Creation Date using The Studio Reservation — a $25 fee that secures a reserved Creation Date before the calendar opens to other clients.
The $25 Studio Reservation fee is applied as a credit toward your next nail extension order. It is refundable if cancelled more than 3 days before your reserved Creation Date. It is non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of your reserved Creation Date. It is forfeited in full if you miss your Creation Date without cancelling or rescheduling at least 3 days in advance. A reserved Creation Date may be rescheduled one time only.
The Studio Reservation is available exclusively to Studio Members.
07 · CANCELLATION POLICY
Nail Extension Bookings
Booked slots may be cancelled up to 72 hours before your scheduled Creation Date at no charge. Cancellations requested after this window will not be accepted. Cancelling more than 2 nail set bookings within a 12-month period may result in the denial of future services at our discretion.
Pre-Booked Studio Reservations
The $25 Studio Reservation fee is refundable if cancelled more than 3 days before the reserved Creation Date and non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days. Please refer to Section 06 for full reservation terms.
Non-Nail Extension Items
Orders for non-nail extension items may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order at our discretion if we determine it may violate our policies, with or without prior notice.
08 · RESCHEDULING POLICY
Standard Bookings
A booked Creation Date may be rescheduled to a future available date provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the original Creation Date. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours will not be accepted and the booking will be treated as a cancellation.
Pre-Booked Studio Reservations
A reserved Creation Date may be rescheduled one time only to a future available date. A rescheduling fee applies. Second rescheduling requests will not be accommodated — the reservation will be forfeited and the $25 fee will not be refunded.
Missed Bookings
Failing to appear for your Creation Date without cancelling or rescheduling at least 3 days in advance will result in forfeiture of any pre-booking reservation fee and may result in denial of future booking privileges at our discretion.
09 · NAIL SCHEDULE & ROTATION RESPONSIBILITY
Inglass Nails is a service studio. Ensuring you have a set of nail extensions ready for application by the end of your 4-week wear is entirely your responsibility as the client. We are not responsible for gaps in nail coverage resulting from late bookings, missed Creation Dates, or delayed renewal orders.
To maintain continuous nail coverage, we recommend the following rotation system:
Order two sets from scratch before relying on the renewal service. Book your second set 2 to 3 weeks after your first set ships — this ensures your second set arrives before your 4-week removal date. Once you have two sets, send Set 1 for renewal immediately after removing it while you wear Set 2.
Booking, pre-booking, and ordering renewal services in time to have nails ready by your 4-week removal date is entirely your responsibility. We recommend booking your next Creation Date or submitting your renewal as soon as you apply your current set.
Extensions cannot be removed before the 4-week mark. All extensions must remain bonded for the full 4-week wear period before removal.
10 · ORDER CHANGES
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications. However, changes to nail art details, shape, length, or color may be accommodated provided they do not result in additional charges or require a different Creation Date. Change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your booked slot.
We are not able to accommodate shape changes that disrupt the structural foundation of the extension, or length additions that require full sculpting from scratch. Length reductions may be requested during the renewal service.
11 · RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the fully custom, made-to-order nature of our nail extension sets, all nail extension sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on nail extension orders. Returned or refused packages are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery via email with a photo and description. Issues eligible for resolution include manufacturing defects and shipping damage. Cosmetic variations inherent to handmade products do not qualify as defects.
All other products may be returned unopened and unused within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is the client’s responsibility. Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection.

12 · RENEWAL SERVICE POLICY & TURNAROUND
The renewal service requires no appointment. Renewals are processed in the order received. Standard turnaround is 3 business days from receipt of your set — not including transit time to or from your location.
Your set is eligible for renewal up to two times. Renewal will be declined if alternative adhesives were used, if extensions were removed with anything other than the official Inglass Nails Debonder, if signs of bacterial or fungal infection are present, if extensions are broken or structurally compromised without prior disclosure, or if unauthorized products or removal methods were used.
Broken extensions must be sculpted from scratch and are not included in the renewal service fee. Disclose any broken or missing extensions before sending your set in. Replacement services are billed separately.
Submit your renewal order as soon as you remove your extensions. Early submission ensures your renewal is processed and returned during your second set’s wear period.
13 · SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Inglass Nails ships exclusively within the United States. We do not ship internationally, to Puerto Rico, or to P.O. Boxes.
The Virtual Sculpting Kit ships via USPS in both directions. Nail extensions ship via UPS for the 48 contiguous states and via USPS Priority Mail for Alaska and Hawaii. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $55. Orders below $55 are subject to a $6.99 shipping fee. UPS Next Day Air is available at checkout for eligible orders.
For orders exceeding $400, a signature upon delivery may be required at our discretion.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, shipping and handling are outside of our control. Carrier delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, penalty, or compensation. Inglass Nails is not liable for delays caused during transit.
Inglass Nails is not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Lost package claims must be reported after two weeks of no tracking movement. Approved claims are processed as product replacements only — no refunds or store credit.

14 · USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete; you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms; you are not under the age of 13; you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means; you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; you are purchasing exclusively for personal use and not for professional, trade, or commercial purposes; and you are not a nail technician, beauty industry professional, or competitor accessing the Site to study, replicate, or commercially reproduce our products or processes.
If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Site.
15 · PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. As a user, you agree not to access the Site as a nail technician, beauty professional, or industry competitor for the purpose of studying, replicating, or commercially reproducing our products, processes, bonding systems, or sculpting methods; systematically retrieve data or content from the Site without written permission; trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users; circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Site; disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm us or the Site; engage in any automated use of the system; attempt to impersonate another user or entity; copy or adapt the Site’s software or code without authorization; use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us or for any revenue-generating or commercial enterprise; use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases; sell or otherwise transfer your profile or account; or post false reports of abuse or make improper use of our support services.
16 · USER CONTRIBUTIONS & REVIEWS
If we provide areas for you to submit content, reviews, or feedback, any content you submit must be based on genuine firsthand experience; must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language; must not contain false or misleading statements; and must not be submitted as part of an organized campaign to manipulate ratings.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any review or submission at our sole discretion. By submitting feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
17 · PRIVACY & DATA
We care about data privacy and security. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, available at inglassnails.com, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from any region with laws governing personal data collection or use that differ from United States law, your continued use of the Site constitutes consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. We maintain data you transmit to the Site for operational purposes. You are solely responsible for all data you transmit or that relates to your activity on the Site.
18 · DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INGLASS NAILS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We shall not be liable for errors or inaccuracies in content; personal injury or property damage resulting from use of the Site; unauthorized access to our servers; interruptions or cessation of transmission to the Site; bugs or viruses transmitted through the Site by third parties; or any loss or damage resulting from use of content posted or transmitted via the Site.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time. We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times and have no liability for any loss caused by inability to access the Site during downtime.
19 · INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Inglass Nails™ harmless — including our officers, agents, partners, and employees — from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site; breach of these Terms; any breach of your representations and warranties; your violation of the rights of any third party including intellectual property rights; any harmful act toward another user; or your use of our Site for professional, trade, or commercial purposes in violation of these Terms.
20 · GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity of any remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Inglass Nails regarding use of the Site.
For California users: if a complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
