Does this require commitment?
Not at all. Unlike hard gel at an in-person salon, there's no standing appointment and no chair to be tied to. Your Inglass Nails can be sculpted for a one-time event, for a special occasion, or every four weeks. After your first order, your sizes are kept on file, so you can order whenever it suits you, with no new kit needed.
Are these press-ons?
Are these press-ons?
No. Press-ons are pre-made in standard sizes, shapes, and lengths. Ours nails are sculpted from scratch to your measurements.
Do you use plastic tips?
Never. Every extension is sculpted from scratch.
How long do they last?
Up to 4 weeks. Wear time varies with your lifestyle, application, nail length, and natural nail health.
Will they damage my natural nails?
Not when applied and removed as instructed. Damage usually comes from forcing, peeling, or picking them off. Use only our Debonder, and keep them on for the full 4 weeks.
Do I need a UV or LED lamp?
Never.
What lengths and shapes are available?
Four lengths from 1 mm to 8 mm past the fingertip, in seven shapes. We don't do stiletto or coffin, we do offer ballerina.
How do you know my size?
Your Virtual Sculpting Kit captures your nail beds at home. It's free, and instructions plus a video are included.
What if the nails don't fit?
Fit is on us. Because we sculpt to your exact sizes, fit problems aren't expected. If we make an error, we remake the set. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo.
Is it hard to apply?
It takes a little practice, but we built the process for beginners. Watch the videos, follow the guide, and text us if you get stuck.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, up to 72 hours before your Creation Date.
How fast is shipping?
Delivery is typically 1 to 7 business days, with faster options at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
Because every set is handcrafted from scratch exclusively for your nail beds, all nail extension sales are final — no returns or exchanges. If something is wrong with your order on arrival, contact client care within 3 calendar days of delivery. Non-extension products can be returned unopened within 30 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. U.S. only.

Many of our clients come to us because of UV concerns, sensitivities, or years of salon fumes. A few honest facts:
- There's no UV lamp in our process.
- Our bonder is vegan, cruelty-free, and made without formaldehyde or toluene.
- A bond is still an adhesive, so we can't promise a reaction-free experience to every person. Review the ingredient lists on our Bonder & Debonder page, and patch test 24 hours before if you have known sensitivities.
- Don't apply over nails that are broken, damaged, or show signs of infection. Let them heal first.
