While our Bonder is formulated without common allergens, the potential for allergic reactions still exists. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a completely allergy-free experience.

Retention depends on your application technique as well as your lifestyle. However, we recommend removing the nails at the 2-week mark unless you're experienced with the angle-down method and can ensure complete Bonder coverage without bubbles. Test your skills with our training kit. If you notice lifting or bubbles after two weeks, you risk bacterial or fungal infections due to trapped moisture.

When stored correctly, the Nail Extensions Bonder has a shelf life of 12 months. Unopened, it has a shelf life of 24 months.

The effectiveness and durability of Inglass Nails Bonder has been rigorously tested with our entire product line. To achieve optimal results, it is essential to follow all recommended steps and use only our specified products, as our Bonder is an integral part of our system. Failure to adhere to these guidelines or instructions may result in suboptimal performance of our Bonder.

Begin by mixing step 1, the salt soak, with warm water and immerse your hands for up to 5 minutes. However, soaking for just 2 minutes is sufficient for achieving incredibly soft and hydrated hands or feet. Next, proceed to step 2 and exfoliate your hands or feet, then rinse thoroughly. 

After exfoliation, tidy up your cuticles using our all-natural cuticle remover. Once your cuticles are neat, take our lint-free wipes to apply our nail cleanser, which will remove any oils. You can also use the prep wipe included in the nail essentials kit. This step is essential! Properly cleansing and dehydrating the nails is crucial to prevent lifting issues. 

If you're aiming for shorter wear time, you can either buff the natural nail or skip the prep step entirely. For those who tend to be tough on their hands or want their nail extensions to endure longer, gently file the edges of the nail with the 180 grit nail file from the nail essentials kit. Wipe away any dust using our nail cleanser.

Now, apply one or two coats of our prep dehydrator. Next, add the Bonder to the center of the nail extension, adjusting the amount based on your nail bed's size. Employing the downward angle technique, position the nail extension at a 45° angle and hold it in place for 15 seconds. Use our detailing wands to remove any excess glue around the cuticles or beneath the nail extension, and maintain pressure for another 15 seconds. For optimal results, avoid water and strenuous activities for at least one hour following the application.

Next, proceed to step 3 by applying the lotion and gently massaging your hands or feet in circular motions to promote circulation. After that, move on to step 4 by applying the oil and giving yourself a thorough massage. To complete the process, finish with our all-natural cuticle oil to lock in moisture and nourish your cuticles.

Apply the Debonder generously around the nails, ensuring to cover the underside as well. Allow it to sit for 1 to 2 minutes.

Next, take our Detacher tool and carefully slide the pointed end along the sidewalls and around the cuticle area to create an entry point for the Debonder to penetrate deeper into the nail extension. Always position the detacher parallel to the skin to prevent any harm to the reusable nail extensions.

Reapply the Debonder and let it sit for another 1 to 2 minutes. Focusing on one nail extension at a time, continue repeating these steps until the nail extension comes off easily, alternating between the pointed and spatula sides along the edges and underneath the nails, while allowing time for the Debonder to lift the extensions. 

Begin by applying the Deresiduer to the underside of your nail extensions, letting it sit for a minimum of 5 minutes (the duration may vary based on the amount of residue). After the time is up, use the pointed tip of the bottle to gently scrape off the hardened bond.

To prevent a sticky situation, it's advisable to wear gloves throughout the entire process. Additionally, placing a table mat or cloth underneath can help protect your furniture from the Deresiduer. 

If needed, repeat these steps until all the bond residue is fully removed. Once you're done, make sure to clean and disinfect the reusable nail extensions with our nail cleanser before storing them away.

Our reusable nail extensions require 3-12 business days for processing, due to their unique nature. Customers can opt for priority processing, which shortens the processing time to 1-2 business days.

All items ordered alongside the nail extensions will be shipped together. If you wish for any of these items to be shipped sooner, please make a separate order.

Orders that do not contain nail extensions will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Kindly note that once we ship your order, the shipping and handling are done by the carriers and are out of our control. Shipping delays might occur from time to time, especially during the holidays. Inglass Nails is not liable for delays caused during shipping.

ALL NAIL AND TOENAIL EXTENSIONS SALES ARE FINAL. 

Due to the custom nature of all of our reusable nail extensions, we don't accept returns or exchanges. All nail extensions sales are nonreturnable / non-refundable. Returned / refused packages are not eligible for a refund.

If there is something wrong with your items upon arrival, please reach out to us within three calendar days from the delivery date. Contact us via email with a brief description and a picture of the issue to facilitate resolution.

All other products, can be returned in their original condition - unopened and unused - within 30 days of receiving the order. Customers are accountable for the return shipping costs, and we shall not be liable for any lost or damaged return packages. Refunds will be processed once the products have been received.

We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation requests made after this 12-hour window will not be accepted.

We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel your order or reduce the quantity thereof, which we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. 

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it.

Kindly note that once we ship the order we no longer have control over it. Double check your shipping address before placing an order! If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We do not take responsibility if the order has been shipped to the wrong address. If the package is still in transit, you could reach out to the shipping carrier to change the delivery address (a fee may occur for this service by the selected carrier.) 

Inglass Nails is not duty bound to replace or refund packages that have been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

In case of your package is lost in transit, a product replacement might be issued at the discretion of lnglass Nails. Please contact us if the package has been in transit for longer than two weeks.
