Our sizing swatches make it easy to accurately size your natural nails. You will only have to measure your natural nails once to purchase any shapes and lengths.
We will store your measurements in our system for hassle-free reordering, so you won't need to provide them again unless corrections are necessary.
For the hands sizing swatches we have provided measuring stickers to help you with length references. You can use these to personalize your desired length or to evaluate our standard sizes.

How to size my nails and toenails?
To size your natural nails:
Begin with a thorough manicure, making sure to push back and clean your cuticles so that your natural nail plates are free from polish and any skin buildup. This step is essential, as skipping it may lead to inaccurate sizing results.
Next, select the nail swatch that best fits your natural nail. The swatch should fully cover the widest part of your nail, ensuring that no part of your natural nail is exposed.
Apply gentle pressure while ensuring that the nail swatch maintains its shape. If the swatch distorts, it means the size is too small; in that case, try a larger size, but ensure that the swatch does not touch your skin. If it overlaps with your skin, the size is too large, and you should opt for a smaller size.
Once you find the ideal nail swatch, double-check your fit by trying the sizes that come before and after it. For example, if size 8 fits well, try size 7 for a smaller fit and size 9 for a larger one.
Record your sizing numbers on the sizing chart. You can either upload a photo or write them down at the time of your purchase.

Processing and Shipping
Order Processing
Our reusable nail extensions require 3-12 business days for processing, due to their unique nature. Customers can opt for priority processing, which shortens the processing time to 1-2 business days.
All items ordered alongside the nail extensions will be shipped together. If you wish for any of these items to be shipped sooner, please make a separate order.
Orders that do not contain nail extensions will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Processing time DOES NOT include shipping time.

Domestic Shipping
Inglass Nails ships via UPS ground service in the 48 contiguous states.
Orders under $45 shipping fee $7.
Orders over $45 ship free of charge.
Kindly note that once we ship your order, the shipping and handling are done by the carriers and are out of our control. Shipping delays might occur from time to time, especially during the holidays. Inglass Nails is not liable for delays caused during shipping.
Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling any order.
International Shipping
Currently, we don't ship outside of the USA.
Policies
Returns and Exchanges
ALL NAIL AND TOENAIL EXTENSIONS SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the custom nature of all of our reusable nail extensions, we don't accept returns or exchanges. All nail extensions sales are nonreturnable / non-refundable. Returned / refused packages are not eligible for a refund.
If there is something wrong with your items upon arrival, please reach out to us within three calendar days from the delivery date. Contact us via email with a brief description and a picture of the issue to facilitate resolution.
All other products, can be returned in their original condition - unopened and unused - within 30 days of receiving the order. Customers are accountable for the return shipping costs, and we shall not be liable for any lost or damaged return packages. Refunds will be processed once the products have been received.
Order Cancelations
We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation requests made after this 12-hour window will not be accepted.
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel your order or reduce the quantity thereof, which we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Order Changes
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it.
Wrong Shipping Address
Kindly note that once we ship the order we no longer have control over it. Double check your shipping address before placing an order! If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We do not take responsibility if the order has been shipped to the wrong address. If the package is still in transit, you could reach out to the shipping carrier to change the delivery address (a fee may occur for this service by the selected carrier.)
Lost / Stolen / Not Received Packages
Inglass Nails is not duty bound to replace or refund packages that have been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
In case of your package is lost in transit, a product replacement might be issued at the discretion of lnglass Nails. Please contact us if the package has been in transit for longer than two weeks.
Kindly note that some packages might have some delays from time to time.
Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling the order.
All package claims are processed for product replacements only, (no refunds or store credit will be issued), and are subject to validation and approval at our discretion. Product replacements may require signature upon delivery.
