I currently have nail enhancements. Do I need to take them off to measure my nails?
Yes, definitely! It's essential that your natural nails are clear of any enhancements. Also, be sure to push back and tidy up your cuticles before using our sizing swatches for measurement.
What happens if the reusable nail extensions don’t fit me?
Please note that while we strive to provide accurate sizing guidance, we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect sizing. However, we value your feedback and encourage you to contact us to let us know what went wrong. We are here to assist you and address any concerns you may have.

Kindly note that Inglass Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size. Refunds will not be issued based on sizing issues, as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct nail size is selected.
Warning!
Do Not apply Inglass Nails extensions over natural nails that are broken, damaged, or show signs of suspicious discoloration or bacterial infection.
Applying our nail extensions to broken or infected nails can trap moisture and bacteria, potentially worsening the infection and making it harder to treat.
The application processes can further weaken already compromised nails, increasing the risk of breakage, splitting, and other damage.
Discoloration can be a sign of a fungal or bacterial infection or even other health conditions. Inglass Nails extensions are designed to adhere to a healthy, clean nail surface. Damaged or infected nails may not allow for proper adhesion, leading to lifting, chipping, and a shorter lifespan for the nail extensions.
Please, treat any infections or address the damage before considering Inglass Nails extensions. Consult with a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment if you have concerns about your nail health. And lastly, give your natural nails time to heal and strengthen before applying our nail extensions.
From Slot to Shipment
Processing & Production
Each set of Inglass nail extensions is handmade and crafted to order based on your booked slot. Once your slot is confirmed, your custom nails will be made and shipped the next business day. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
All non-nail extension items ordered alongside nail extensions will be shipped together with your nail extensions.
If you order multiple nail sets with different booking slots, any non-related items will be shipped with the earliest scheduled nail set.
For orders that do not include nail extensions, processing and shipping will occur within 1 to 2 business days.
Processing time DOES NOT include shipping time.

Domestic Shipping
48 contiguous states:
Inglass Nails offers free shipping on orders over $45. For orders below that amount, a shipping fee of $6.99 will apply.
Standard shipping is provided via UPS, with delivery expected within 1 to 3 business days.
If you need your order sooner, you can choose the UPS Next Day Air option at checkout, provided the flammable items are not part of your order.
Alaska and Hawaii:
Standard shipping is available through USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days, though this is not guaranteed.
A faster shipping option, USPS Priority Mail Express, is also offered. Orders containing flammable items will be shipped via USPS Ground, which may take 2 to 8 business days, and this is also not guaranteed.
Please note that we do not ship to Puerto Rico.
Kindly note that once we ship your order, the shipping and handling are done by the carriers and are out of our control. Shipping delays might occur from time to time, especially during the holidays. Inglass Nails is not liable for delays caused during shipping.
Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling any order.
International Shipping
Currently, we don't ship outside of the USA.
Policies
Returns and Exchanges
ALL NAIL, TOENAIL EXTENSIONS, AND NAIL SWATCHES SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the custom nature of all of our nail extensions and the sizing swatches, we don't accept returns or exchanges. All nail extensions and sizing swatches sales are nonreturnable / non-refundable. Returned / refused packages are not eligible for a refund.
If there is something wrong with your items upon arrival, please reach out to us within three calendar days from the delivery date. Contact us via email with a brief description and a picture of the issue to facilitate resolution.
All other products, can be returned in their original condition - unopened and unused - within 30 days of receiving the order. Customers are accountable for the return shipping costs, and we shall not be liable for any lost or damaged return packages. Refunds will be processed once the products have been received.
Cancellation policy
Nail Extension Bookings:
Cancellations are not allowed for custom nail art booked slots.
All other booked slots can be canceled up to 72 hours before your scheduled date. Cancellations made after this window will not be accepted. We do not charge any cancellation fees.
Non-Nail Extension Items:
Orders for non-nail extension items can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests made after the 12-hour window will not be accepted.
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel your order or reduce the quantity thereof, which we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Order Changes
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it.
Wrong Shipping Address
Kindly note that once we ship the order we no longer have control over it. Double check your shipping address before placing an order! If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We do not take responsibility if the order has been shipped to the wrong address. If the package is still in transit, you could reach out to the shipping carrier to change the delivery address (a fee may occur for this service by the selected carrier.)
Lost / Stolen / Not Received Packages
Inglass Nails is not duty bound to replace or refund packages that have been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
In case of your package is lost in transit, a product replacement might be issued at the discretion of lnglass Nails. Please contact us if the package has been in transit for longer than two weeks.
Kindly note that some packages might have some delays from time to time.
Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling the order.
All package claims are processed for product replacements only, (no refunds or store credit will be issued), and are subject to validation and approval at our discretion. Product replacements may require signature upon delivery.
