Ordering Assistance
Before placing your order, please read all product details carefully.
First-time customers: All information and photos you provide are kept strictly confidential. We do not share or sell your data.
1. Select the “First-Time Customer” tab.
2. Submit your sizing information by either:
• Uploading a photo of your sizing chart, or
• Entering your measurements manually.
(You only need to do this once.)
3. Upload clear photos of both hands (right and left) separately.
• Hands must be free of polish.
• All 10 fingers must be fully visible.
(You only need to do this once.)
4. Choose your desired nail length and shape for each set.
Lengths are customized based on your nail beds and the provided photos:
• The Minimal Luxe: (Reaches the fingertip) Ultra-minimal length. very natural, barely there length.
• The Sleek Petite: (Extends 3–4mm beyond fingertip) Still very short, but with a visible polished free edge.
• The Signature Short: (Extends 5–6mm beyond fingertip) Classic short everyday length, functional with some length.
5. If ordering more than one set, after submitting your initial order, use the “Returning Customer” tab for additional sets to avoid re-entering the same information.
6. Select your top coat.
7. Add any customizations listed within the product description.
• Only listed customizations are allowed.

8. Choose “Priority Processing” if desired:
• Ensures your order is ready within 1–2 business days (applies to one set only).

What are Inglass Nails made of?
Our nail extensions are made out of hard gels and hard builder gels. Please note that “hard gel” refers to the type of product used, not the overall feel or thickness of the nails. Our extensions are carefully sculpted to remain thin and flexible near the cuticle area, gradually building strength and thickness toward the tip for durability and a natural look.
Are they reusable?
Our nail extensions are 100% reusable. You may clean them up yourself or send them to us for our reusing service.
Is glue included in the package?
New customers will automatically receive the FastBond and Debonder free of charge with their initial order. Returning customers will receive a new Debonder replacement every three sets of nail extensions. Returning customers must reach out to us for a FastBond replacement.
Do I need any professional tools to apply them?
Every set of our nail or toenail extensions comes with complimentary disposable tools designed for easy application, removal, and reapplication of the nails.

How long do Inglass Nails last once applied?
Retention depends on your application technique as well as your lifestyle. However, removal must be done at the 4-weeks mark.

What is the processing time?
Inglass Nails offers a standard processing time of 3 to 12 business days for the nail extensions. If you need your order sooner, you can choose our priority processing option, which expedites your order to 1 to 2 business days (only applies to one set).

The design of our nail extensions has transformed significantly over time. While the thickness of the nails can differ based on the chosen nail art and length. Please be aware that some product images may not yet reflect these recent updates.
Since Inglass Nails reusable nail extensions are handmade, slight variations may be present; no two nails are the same. Furthermore, imperfections such as air bubbles, glitters, and tiny dust particles may be present.
The apex might also be more defined in some nail designs than in others. Structurally, the thickness of the nails might also vary based on the designs.
Additionally, nail art may vary based on length.
Kindly understand that screens and lighting can affect the colors pictured; thus, actual colors may vary depending on the lighting.
Warning!
Do Not apply Inglass Nails extensions over natural nails that are broken, damaged, or show signs of suspicious discoloration or bacterial infection.
Applying our nail extensions to broken or infected nails can trap moisture and bacteria, potentially worsening the infection and making it harder to treat.
The application processes can further weaken already compromised nails, increasing the risk of breakage, splitting, and other damage.
Discoloration can be a sign of a fungal or bacterial infection or even other health conditions. Inglass Nails extensions are designed to adhere to a healthy, clean nail surface. Damaged or infected nails may not allow for proper adhesion, leading to lifting, chipping, and a shorter lifespan for the nail extensions.
Please, treat any infections or address the damage before considering Inglass Nails extensions. Consult with a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment if you have concerns about your nail health. And lastly, give your natural nails time to heal and strengthen before applying our nail extensions.
Processing and Shipping
Order Processing
Our reusable nail extensions require 3-12 business days for processing, due to their unique nature. Customers can opt for priority processing, which shortens the processing time to 1-2 business days.
All items ordered alongside the nail extensions will be shipped together. If you wish for any of these items to be shipped sooner, please make a separate order.
Orders that do not contain nail extensions will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Processing time DOES NOT include shipping time.

Domestic Shipping
48 contiguous states:
Inglass Nails offers free shipping on orders over $45. For orders below that amount, a shipping fee of $6.99 will apply.
Standard shipping is provided via UPS, with delivery expected within 1 to 3 business days. However, if your order includes flammable items like our base coat or dehydrator, it will be shipped via UPS Ground, taking 1 to 5 business days.
If you need your order sooner, you can choose the UPS Next Day Air option at checkout, provided the flammable items are not part of your order.
Alaska and Hawaii:
Standard shipping is available through USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days, though this is not guaranteed.
A faster shipping option, USPS Priority Mail Express, is also offered. Orders containing flammable items will be shipped via USPS Ground, which may take 2 to 8 business days, and this is also not guaranteed.
Please note that we do not ship to Puerto Rico.
Kindly note that once we ship your order, the shipping and handling are done by the carriers and are out of our control. Shipping delays might occur from time to time, especially during the holidays. Inglass Nails is not liable for delays caused during shipping.
Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling any order.
International Shipping
Currently, we don't ship outside of the USA.
Policies
Returns and Exchanges
ALL NAIL AND TOENAIL EXTENSIONS SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the custom nature of all of our reusable nail extensions, we don't accept returns or exchanges. All nail extensions sales are nonreturnable / non-refundable. Returned / refused packages are not eligible for a refund.
If there is something wrong with your items upon arrival, please reach out to us within three calendar days from the delivery date. Contact us via email with a brief description and a picture of the issue to facilitate resolution.
All other products, can be returned in their original condition - unopened and unused - within 30 days of receiving the order. Customers are accountable for the return shipping costs, and we shall not be liable for any lost or damaged return packages. Refunds will be processed once the products have been received.
Order Cancelations
We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation requests made after this 12-hour window will not be accepted.
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel your order or reduce the quantity thereof, which we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Order Changes
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it.
Wrong Shipping Address
Kindly note that once we ship the order we no longer have control over it. Double check your shipping address before placing an order! If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We do not take responsibility if the order has been shipped to the wrong address. If the package is still in transit, you could reach out to the shipping carrier to change the delivery address (a fee may occur for this service by the selected carrier.)
Lost / Stolen / Not Received Packages
Inglass Nails is not duty bound to replace or refund packages that have been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
In case of your package is lost in transit, a product replacement might be issued at the discretion of lnglass Nails. Please contact us if the package has been in transit for longer than two weeks.
Kindly note that some packages might have some delays from time to time.
Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling the order.
All package claims are processed for product replacements only, (no refunds or store credit will be issued), and are subject to validation and approval at our discretion. Product replacements may require signature upon delivery.
