Please note that we do not create nail art featuring explicit content, obscure themes, pride-related designs, religious or other symbols, holiday motifs, or any form of discriminatory language or imagery, character art, nor extreme bling.
Also, our lengths are based on your nail beds: XXS (Extra Extra Short) (only offered in round, squoval & square shapes): Reaches the fingertip • XS (Extra Short) (only offered in round, oval, square, almond & ballerina shapes): Extends 3–4mm beyond fingertip • Short (only offered in round, square, oval, almond & ballerina shapes) : Extends 5–6mm beyond fingertip • Medium (only offered in oval, square, almond & ballerina shapes) : Extends 8–9mm beyond fingertip (We do not extend anything longer than this).
To keep the thickness of our nail extensions structurally fitting, we avoid doing any nail art that might add extra bulk to the nail.

Here’s how it works: Fill out the form below to submit your unique nail art request, and we’ll get back to you via email for any additional details, including inspiration images.
Once we have all the necessary information, we will determine if we can fulfill your request. If so, we’ll create a personalized product just for you.
If you are a first time customer you must order our sizing swatches before placing your order. You will receive a one-time coupon code totaling the amount you paid for the sizing swatches to go towards your first order of nail extensions, which makes the nail swatches essentially FREE OF CHARGE. New customers will automatically receive the Bonder, Debonder, and Base Coat free of charge with their initial order of nail extensions.

Processing and Shipping
Order Processing
Our reusable nail extensions require 3-12 business days for processing, due to their unique nature. Customers can opt for priority processing, which shortens the processing time to 1-2 business days.
All items ordered alongside the nail extensions will be shipped together. If you wish for any of these items to be shipped sooner, please make a separate order.
Orders that do not contain nail extensions will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Processing time DOES NOT include shipping time.

Domestic Shipping
48 contiguous states:
Inglass Nails offers free shipping on orders over $45. For orders below that amount, a shipping fee of $6.99 will apply.
Standard shipping is provided via UPS, with delivery expected within 1 to 3 business days. However, if your order includes flammable items like our base coat or dehydrator, it will be shipped via UPS Ground, taking 1 to 5 business days.
If you need your order sooner, you can choose the UPS Next Day Air option at checkout, provided the flammable items are not part of your order.
Alaska and Hawaii:
Standard shipping is available through USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days, though this is not guaranteed.
A faster shipping option, USPS Priority Mail Express, is also offered. Orders containing flammable items will be shipped via USPS Ground, which may take 2 to 8 business days, and this is also not guaranteed.
Please note that we do not ship to Puerto Rico.
Kindly note that once we ship your order, the shipping and handling are done by the carriers and are out of our control. Shipping delays might occur from time to time, especially during the holidays. Inglass Nails is not liable for delays caused during shipping.
Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling any order.

Currently, we don't ship outside of the USA.
Policies
Returns and Exchanges
ALL NAIL AND TOENAIL EXTENSIONS SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the custom nature of all of our reusable nail extensions, we don't accept returns or exchanges. All nail extensions sales are nonreturnable / non-refundable. Returned / refused packages are not eligible for a refund.
If there is something wrong with your items upon arrival, please reach out to us within three calendar days from the delivery date. Contact us via email with a brief description and a picture of the issue to facilitate resolution.
All other products, can be returned in their original condition - unopened and unused - within 30 days of receiving the order. Customers are accountable for the return shipping costs, and we shall not be liable for any lost or damaged return packages. Refunds will be processed once the products have been received.
Order Cancelations
Not allowed for custom nail art.
Order Changes
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it.
Wrong Shipping Address
Kindly note that once we ship the order we no longer have control over it. Double check your shipping address before placing an order! If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We do not take responsibility if the order has been shipped to the wrong address. If the package is still in transit, you could reach out to the shipping carrier to change the delivery address (a fee may occur for this service by the selected carrier.)
Lost / Stolen / Not Received Packages
Inglass Nails is not duty bound to replace or refund packages that have been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
In case of your package is lost in transit, a product replacement might be issued at the discretion of lnglass Nails. Please contact us if the package has been in transit for longer than two weeks.
Kindly note that some packages might have some delays from time to time.
Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling the order.
All package claims are processed for product replacements only, (no refunds or store credit will be issued), and are subject to validation and approval at our discretion. Product replacements may require signature upon delivery.
