Everything you need to size, bond, and remove your Bond-on Hard Gel Extensions™ — with salon-level results.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Choose Your Length
Our extensions are tailored to your nail beds. If you're new to extensions, start shorter and work your way up. Very short nail beds are best suited to shorter lengths to avoid unnecessary pressure.
The Minimal Luxe
1–2 MM BEYOND FINGERTIP
Ultra-minimal. Barely there — the most natural look we offer.
The Sleek Petite
3–4 MM BEYOND FINGERTIP
Short with a visible, polished free edge.
The Signature Short
5–6 MM BEYOND FINGERTIP
Classic everyday length — functional with elegant presence.
The Natural Long
7–8 MM BEYOND FINGERTIP
Our longest option. Elegant, wearable, and effortlessly refined.
We do not extend beyond 7–8 mm. Questions about which length is right for you? We're always happy to help — reach out before you order.
find your fit
How to Size
Our Sizing Swatches are made from soft builder gel — thin, flexible, and designed to map the unique contours of your nail beds. You only need to size once.
Begin with a full manicure. Push back and clean your cuticles so your nail plates are completely free from polish and skin buildup. This is essential — skipping it leads to inaccurate sizing.
Find the right fit
The swatch should cover the widest part of your natural nail without exposing any nail plate or overlapping your skin. Run the pinch test: hold the swatch and bring your skin toward it — it shouldn't pinch. Run the distortion test: press gently — it shouldn't change shape.
If the swatch fits side to side but feels tight, go one size up.
Confirm your sizes
Once you find your size, verify it by also trying the sizes directly above and below. For example: if size 8 fits, test size 7 and size 9 to confirm.
Size both hands & record
Your hands will differ. Size both, write your numbers on the sizing chart, and photograph it — you'll upload it at checkout.
Inglass Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
Extensions are not meant to be removed frequently. Our bonders are formulated for reliable long-term wear. Removing a fresh set too soon may cause damage to the natural nails. Remove only at the 4-week mark, or sooner if lifting occurs.
Bonding
How to Bond
Prep is everything. The three non-negotiables before applying any extension are cuticle cleanup, cleansing and dehydrating with prep wipes, and etching the nail plate.
removing
How to Remove
Patience is the most important tool in this process. The Debonder needs 30 seconds of contact time to melt the bond. Work one nail at a time and never force the extensions off.
Do not remove a set under the 2-week mark unless absolutely necessary. The nail extensions must be removed if they show signs of lifting, are already lifting, or at the 4-week mark—whichever comes first. Extensions should be removed at 4 weeks even if no lifting is visible.
Prepare your area
Lay down the waterproof towel. Keep Debonder away from wood surfaces — it will cause damage on contact. Wash your hands with the cleanser from the removal spa kit. Apply a thin layer of oil included in the removal spa kit around each nail to protect the surrounding skin.
Apply Debonder — Wait 30 seconds
Apply Debonder at the cuticle area and sidewalls of one nail. Set a timer for 30 seconds.
Create an entry point
Using the spatula end of the wooden detacher stick — always parallel to the skin, never at an angle into the nail — gently insert it at the sidewalls (never at cuticle area) to allow Debonder to seep underneath. Use one wooden stick per nail. Never use metal tools.
Repeat until the extension lifts freely
Continue applying Debonder every 30 seconds. Once a clear entry point exists, work the debonder under the extension with patience. The extension should detach cleanly without force.
Never pull or peel the extension off. Let the Debonder do the work.
Clean up any residue
If bond residue remains on the natural nail, apply a small drop of Debonder — avoiding skin contact — wait a few seconds, and gently remove with the wooden stick.
Wash your hands thoroughly after removal.
Important: Our extensions cannot be soaked off in acetone. They must be removed exclusively with the Inglass Nails Debonder. If you visit a nail salon, remove your extensions first.

DAILY WEAR
Caring for Your Extensions
A few habits that keep your extensions looking their best throughout your wear.
Never bend your extensions forcefully.
Do not file the extensions.
Wear gloves while doing household chores or handling water.
Never use metal tools near or on the extensions.
Do not use your nails as tools.
If using cuticle oil, apply to the skin only — not directly to the cuticle or extension.
IMPORTANT
Warnings & Contraindications
DO NOT APPLY OVER DAMAGED NAILS
Never apply extensions over nails that are broken, damaged, or show signs of suspicious discoloration, fungal infection, or bacterial infection. Doing so can trap moisture and bacteria, worsen existing conditions, and cause further nail damage.
Please treat any infections or damage before considering extensions. Consult a doctor if you are unsure about your nail health, and give your nails time to fully heal before applying.
SENSITIVITY & PATCH TESTING
If you have known acrylic or glue sensitivities, test one nail and wait 24 hours before completing a full set. Our bonds contain no formaldehyde or toluene, and are vegan and cruelty-free — but no acrylate system is completely allergen-free.
INGLASS NAILS™ DISCLAIMERS
Our extensions are made with hard gel — a non-porous material. "Hard gel" refers to the product type, not the feel. Extensions are sculpted thin and flexible near the cuticle, building strength toward the tip.
Slight variations are inherent in handmade products. Imperfections such as air bubbles, glitter particles, or fine dust may be present. Apex definition and thickness may vary by design. Nail art details may vary by length.
Screen and lighting conditions affect how colors appear. Actual colors may differ slightly from images shown.
Improper use of the system may result in nail damage. Inglass Nails is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect sizing, improper application, neglected lifting, extended wear beyond 4 weeks, or rushed removal.
