Absolutely! Our nail extensions are designed for easy application and removal. Like any new skill, they may require a bit of practice and patience to master, but the process is much simpler and faster than doing your nails entirely on your own. To ensure the best results, all educational and instructional videos must be watched to become familiar with proper application and removal techniques. We will guide you through your first application and removal to make sure each step is followed correctly.

Retention varies based on the health of your natural nails, the length of your natural nail bed, the enhancement length, your full application, and your lifestyle. For safety and nail health, all enhancements must be removed at the 4-week mark. As a first-time client, we will closely monitor your retention and make any necessary adjustments to ensure your nails last properly through the full 4 weeks.

Inglass Nails are handcrafted entirely from hard builder gel, a non-porous, acetone-resistant material known for its superior strength and durability. Hard gel allows us to protect your natural nails while creating extensions that are comfortable to wear, lightweight, and never bulky—yet still exceptionally strong. This material also makes our nails rewearable, which is why we offer our renewing service.

We do not use acrylics or nail tips in our extensions.

Yes, absolutely! Our nail extensions are designed to be reusable—be sure to check out our Renewal service. Due to structural considerations, extensions can typically be serviced up to two times. However, for our basic hard builder gel nails without nail art or multiple product layers, we may be able to service them an additional time. If this is the case, we will reach out to let you know whether an extra renewal is possible.

You may also clean them up yourself by using the debonder or an e-file, but this is something we don't personally recommend.

Our nail extensions are custom-filed at the cuticle area for optimal shaping and fitting based on the photos you provide during your initial purchase. Therefore, filing or trimming is unnecessary and not recommended, as this can disrupt our finishing seal.

Yes! Each set includes your choice of Bonder, along with the Debonder. Be sure to visit our Bonder & Debonder page to determine which bonder formulation is best for you. If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with our Black Bonder—our silicone-based, hypoallergenic formula.

Every set of our nail or toenail extensions comes with complimentary disposable tools designed for easy application, removal, and reapplication of the nails. 

The nail extensions themselves are not allergenic. We have various protocols to ensure the nail extensions are fully cured and free of any inhibition layer before they are packaged.

While we strive to minimize allergic reactions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergy-free experience, as a bonder is required for nail extension adhesion. We recommend reviewing our bonders information and ingredient lists to determine whether you may have reacted to any of the components in the past. Each bonder has a different formulation; however, we recommend our Black Bond, as it is our most hypoallergenic option.

You can apply Inglass nail extensions on short nails.

However, Inglass Nails extensions cannot be applied over natural nails that are broken, damaged, or show signs of suspicious discoloration or bacterial infection. Please, treat any infections or address the damage before considering Inglass Nails extensions.

It’s entirely up to you. Handmade with hard builder gel, Inglass Nails are designed for everyday wear. If you’re planning to wear them for a special occasion, please note that our standard application method is designed for up to four weeks of wear and should not be removed before that time. We have also tested alternative application methods for shorter wear periods—be sure to review them in our Inglass Nails Guide.

Our nail extensions are designed to look and feel like a hard gel overlay on the natural nails.

Not heavy at all but they don't feel like your typical gel manicure. They have a very thin cuticle area and then gradually increase in thickness towards the tip.

The thickness of the nails can differ based on the chosen nail art and length.

Each set of Inglass nail extensions is handmade and crafted to order based on your booked slot. Once your slot is confirmed, your custom nails will be made and shipped the next business day. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

All non-nail extension items ordered alongside nail extensions will be shipped together with your nail extensions.

If you order multiple nail sets with different booking slots, any non-related items will be shipped with the earliest scheduled nail set.

For orders that do not include nail extensions, processing and shipping will occur within 1 to 2 business days.

Due to the custom nature of all of our nail extensions and the sizing swatches, we don't accept returns or exchanges. All nail extensions and sizing swatches sales are nonreturnable / non-refundable. Returned / refused packages are not eligible for a refund.

If there is something wrong with your items upon arrival, please reach out to us within three calendar days from the delivery date. Contact us via email with a brief description and a picture of the issue to facilitate resolution.

All other products, can be returned in their original condition - unopened and unused - within 30 days of receiving the order. Customers are accountable for the return shipping costs, and we shall not be liable for any lost or damaged return packages. Refunds will be processed once the products have been received.
