Absolutely! We recognize that nail beds come in various lengths, and custom sizing can be advantageous for both short and long nails.
To determine your perfect custom length, measure from the base of the cuticle area or nail bed to the desired tip of your nail.
For convenience and accuracy, you can use our measurement stickers.

Keep in mind that your thumbs and pinky nails will typically be different lengths, while the index, middle, and ring fingers should have a consistent length. If you need further assistance in customizing the length of your reusable nail extensions, feel free to reach out to us!

Inglass Nails offers a standard processing time of 3 to 12 business days for the nail extensions. If you need your order sooner, you can choose our priority processing option for just $30, which expedites your order to 1 to 2 business days (only applies to one set).

Since Inglass Nails reusable nail extensions are handmade, slight variations may be present; no two nails are the same. Furthermore, imperfections such as air bubbles, glitters, and tiny dust particles may be present. Additionally, nail art may vary based on length.

Kindly understand that screens and lighting can affect the colors pictured; thus, actual colors may vary depending on the lighting. 

DO NOT use the nails extensions as tools!

DO NOT file the free edge or cuticle area of the nails extensions. Our reusable nails extensions have already been filed to thin out the free edge and are sealed afterwards. Filing the free edge or cuticle area will break the seal which might result in chipping and peeling. We also customize the cuticle area based on your photos to avoid you having to file them.

Please note that improper use of our reusable nail extension system may lead to damage of the nails. It’s essential to follow all product instructions, as Inglass Nails cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs while in your care.

Begin by mixing step 1, the salt soak, with warm water and immerse your hands for up to 5 minutes. Next, proceed to step 2 and exfoliate your hands, then rinse thoroughly. 

After exfoliation, tidy up your cuticles using our all-natural cuticle remover. Once your cuticles are neat, take our lint-free wipes to apply our nail cleanser, which will remove any oils. You can also use the prep wipe included in the kit. This step is essential! Properly cleansing and dehydrating the nails is crucial to prevent lifting issues. 

Now, apply one coat of our prep dehydrator.

If you want to wear the nail extensions for less than a week: simply skip the prep and apply the Base Coat evenly across the entire natural nail. For wear lasting under two weeks: perform the natural nail prep and apply the Base Coat 1 millimeter away from the cuticle area and sidewalls. To achieve wear exceeding two weeks: prep the nail and apply the Base Coat to the center of the nail, ensuring it's 2 millimeters away from both the cuticle and the free edge. 

To prep the natural nail gently edge the nail bed with the 180 grit nail file or the rougher part of the buffer. Wipe away any dust using our nail cleanser. Apply another coat of prep dehydrator and follow up with the base coat curing it for 60 seconds. Do not remove the inhibition (sticky) layer. 

Next, add the Bonder to the center of the nail extension, adjusting the amount based on your nail bed's size. Employing the downward angle technique, position the nail extension at a 45° angle and hold it in place for 15 seconds. 

Use our detailing wands to remove any excess Bonder around the cuticles or beneath the nail extension, and maintain pressure for another 15 seconds. 

For optimal results, avoid water and strenuous activities for at least one hour following the application.

Next, proceed to step 3 by applying the lotion and gently massaging your hands in circular motions to promote circulation. After that, move on to step 4 by applying the oil and giving yourself a thorough massage. To complete the process, finish with our all-natural cuticle oil to lock in moisture and nourish your cuticles.

Apply the Debonder generously around the nails, ensuring to cover the underside as well. Allow it to sit for 1 to 2 minutes. 

Next, take our Detacher tool or the remover tool included in the kit and carefully slide the pointed end along the sidewalls and around the cuticle area to create an entry point for the Debonder to penetrate deeper into the nail extension. Always position the detacher parallel to the skin to prevent any harm to the reusable nail extensions. 

Reapply the Debonder and let it sit for another 1 to 2 minutes. Focusing on one nail extension at a time, continue repeating these steps until the nail extension comes off easily, alternating between the pointed and spatula sides along the edges and underneath the nails, while allowing time for the Debonder to lift the extensions. 

It's common to have a dry and thin residue on your skin. You can easily flake it off, remove it using our orange buffer or nail cleanser.

Remember to avoid using too much force to protect your natural nails from any potential harm.

Successfully removing nail extensions requires patience and should not harm the natural nail.

If there is any minimal damage, it typically arises from one of two reasons: improper removal techniques or injury from accidentally bumping the nails, which is often an issue with longer nails.

In cases of more significant damage, it is usually due to hasty removal methods, such as using too little debonder too quickly or forcibly ripping off the extensions.

After the nail extensions are removed, your natural nails should appear either: 1) with a smooth nail bed surface if no prior prep was done, or 2) with a filed surface if prep was completed beforehand. A raw surface may lack shine and show micro-cuts from the previous prep, which is completely normal. In the second scenario, the new growth should be smooth and shiny.

Occasionally, residue from the bonder or base coat may remain on the natural nail after removal. If you notice any residue, apply debonder, let it sit for up to two minutes, and gently scrape off the residue using the detacher or orange wood stick included in your kit. If the residue proves stubborn and the surface of it remains shiny or smooth, simply dull the shine without touching the natural nail, then proceed with your application.

When reapplying a new set of nail extensions, follow the same steps as before. However, ensure that the nail bed edging / filling is only done to the new nail growth, as the rest of the natural nail has already been prepped. The only prep necessary for this already filed (prepped) area is using our nail prep dehydrator.

Our reusable nail extensions require 3-12 business days for processing, due to their unique nature. Customers can opt for priority processing, which shortens the processing time to 1-2 business days.

All items ordered alongside the nail extensions will be shipped together. If you wish for any of these items to be shipped sooner, please make a separate order.

Orders that do not contain nail extensions will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Due to the custom nature of all of our reusable nail extensions, we don't accept returns or exchanges. All nail extensions sales are nonreturnable / non-refundable. Returned / refused packages are not eligible for a refund.

If there is something wrong with your items upon arrival, please reach out to us within three calendar days from the delivery date. Contact us via email with a brief description and a picture of the issue to facilitate resolution.

All other products, can be returned in their original condition - unopened and unused - within 30 days of receiving the order. Customers are accountable for the return shipping costs, and we shall not be liable for any lost or damaged return packages. Refunds will be processed once the products have been received.

We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation requests made after this 12-hour window will not be accepted.

We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel your order or reduce the quantity thereof, which we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. 

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it.

Kindly note that once we ship the order we no longer have control over it. Double check your shipping address before placing an order! If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We do not take responsibility if the order has been shipped to the wrong address. If the package is still in transit, you could reach out to the shipping carrier to change the delivery address (a fee may occur for this service by the selected carrier.) 

Inglass Nails is not duty bound to replace or refund packages that have been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

In case of your package is lost in transit, a product replacement might be issued at the discretion of lnglass Nails. Please contact us if the package has been in transit for longer than two weeks.
