Instructions
Begin by applying the Deresiduer to the underside of your nail extensions, letting it sit for a minimum of 5 minutes (the duration may vary based on the amount of residue). After the time is up, use the pointed tip of the bottle to gently scrape off the hardened bond.
To prevent a sticky situation, it's advisable to wear gloves throughout the entire process. Additionally, placing a table mat or cloth underneath can help protect your furniture from the Deresiduer.
If needed, repeat these steps until all the bond residue is fully removed. Once you're done, make sure to clean and disinfect the reusable nail extensions with our nail cleanser before storing them away.
Processing and Shipping
Order Processing
Our reusable nail extensions require 3-12 business days for processing, due to their unique nature. Customers can opt for priority processing, which shortens the processing time to 1-2 business days.
All items ordered alongside the nail extensions will be shipped together. If you wish for any of these items to be shipped sooner, please make a separate order.
Orders that do not contain nail extensions will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Processing time DOES NOT include shipping time.

Domestic Shipping
Inglass Nails ships via UPS ground service in the 48 contiguous states.
Orders under $45 shipping fee $7.
Orders over $45 ship free of charge.
Kindly note that once we ship your order, the shipping and handling are done by the carriers and are out of our control. Shipping delays might occur from time to time, especially during the holidays. Inglass Nails is not liable for delays caused during shipping.
Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling any order.

Currently, we don't ship outside of the USA.
Policies
Returns and Exchanges
ALL NAIL AND TOENAIL EXTENSIONS SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the custom nature of all of our reusable nail extensions, we don't accept returns or exchanges. All nail extensions sales are nonreturnable / non-refundable. Returned / refused packages are not eligible for a refund.
If there is something wrong with your items upon arrival, please reach out to us within three calendar days from the delivery date. Contact us via email with a brief description and a picture of the issue to facilitate resolution.
All other products, can be returned in their original condition - unopened and unused - within 30 days of receiving the order. Customers are accountable for the return shipping costs, and we shall not be liable for any lost or damaged return packages. Refunds will be processed once the products have been received.
Order Cancelations
We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation requests made after this 12-hour window will not be accepted.
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel your order or reduce the quantity thereof, which we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Order Changes
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it.
Wrong Shipping Address
Kindly note that once we ship the order we no longer have control over it. Double check your shipping address before placing an order! If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We do not take responsibility if the order has been shipped to the wrong address. If the package is still in transit, you could reach out to the shipping carrier to change the delivery address (a fee may occur for this service by the selected carrier.)
Lost / Stolen / Not Received Packages
Inglass Nails is not duty bound to replace or refund packages that have been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
In case of your package is lost in transit, a product replacement might be issued at the discretion of lnglass Nails. Please contact us if the package has been in transit for longer than two weeks.
Kindly note that some packages might have some delays from time to time.
Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling the order.
All package claims are processed for product replacements only, (no refunds or store credit will be issued), and are subject to validation and approval at our discretion. Product replacements may require signature upon delivery.
