The Luxurious Super Mask Candle for Hands and Feet

After the wax has completely melted, carefully extinguish the flame and allow it to cool for approximately 1-2 minutes before using it on the skin of your hands or feet.

Our super mask candle for hands and feet is specifically formulated to treat, hydrate, rejuvenate, heal, and soften your skin.

After lighting the candle, allow the wax to melt completely, which may take up to 30 minutes depending on the room temperature. 
Once fully melted, gently extinguish the flame and let it cool for about 20 seconds until it reaches a safe and comfortable temperature for application. Be sure to perform a patch test on your skin first. 
Place a paper towel or disposable towel on the surface where you plan to apply the mask candle (avoid any fabric or surfaces that cannot be cleaned of wax). 

Next, apply the melted wax to clean areas of your hands or feet, paying special attention to cracked or dry spots. After application, wear the provided gloves or booties for up to 1 hr to achieve the best results. 

While wearing the liners, massage your hands and feet, using them to remove any excess wax from your skin. Alternatively, you can use a damp cloth to wipe away any leftover product, but there’s no need to rinse or wash afterward.

When using the mask, take the time to softly rub it into your hands and feet, focusing on particularly dry spots like your heels.

Enhance moisture and accelerate the healing properties of your hands or feet with our cuticle oil.

If you’re dealing with severely dry or cracked heels, start by gently exfoliating the dead skin before applying our luxurious mask candle. For a deeper treatment, try using it before bedtime and incorporate a mask treatment into your weekly routine.

If you plan to wear the mask on your feet while walking, be sure to wear socks to prevent slipping. Just a heads-up: the liner may feel a bit rough against your skin when worn with socks.

We recommend indulging in our luxurious super mask candle at least once every two weeks.

Our reusable nail extensions require 3-12 business days for processing, due to their unique nature. Customers can opt for priority processing, which shortens the processing time to 1-2 business days.

All other products ship within 1-3 business days.

Due to the custom nature of all of our reusable nail extensions, we don't accept returns or exchanges. All nail extensions sales are nonreturnable / non-refundable. Returned / refused packages are not eligible for a refund.

If there is something wrong with your items upon arrival, please reach out to us within three calendar days from the delivery date. Contact us via email with a brief description and a picture of the issue to facilitate resolution.

All other products, can be returned in their original condition - unopened and unused - within 30 days of receiving the order. Customers are accountable for the return shipping costs, and we shall not be liable for any lost or damaged return packages. Refunds will be processed once the products have been received.

We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation requests made after this 12-hour window will not be accepted.

We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel your order or reduce the quantity thereof, which we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. 

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it.

Kindly note that once we ship the order we no longer have control over it. Double check your shipping address before placing an order! If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We do not take responsibility if the order has been shipped to the wrong address. If the package is still in transit, you could reach out to the shipping carrier to change the delivery address (a fee may occur for this service by the selected carrier.) 

Inglass Nails is not duty bound to replace or refund packages that have been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

In case of your package is lost in transit, a product replacement might be issued at the discretion of lnglass Nails. Please contact us if the package has been in transit for longer than two weeks.
