Step 1: The Rose Soak
Immerse yourself in a soothing blend of Epsom and Dead Sea salts, enhanced with rose clay and rose powder, all delicately scented with our signature fragrance. This indulgent soak creates a tranquil atmosphere while delivering the rejuvenating benefits of a mineral bath to your skin.
Ingredients: epsom salt, dead sea salt, organic dried rose buds, rose clay, organic rose powder, rose absolute oil, organic lily of the valley absolute oil, jasmine sambac absolute oil, organic myrrh essential oil, peppermint essential oil.
Tips: Soak for 15-30 minutes to relieve soreness and reduce inflammation.
Instructions: Fill a bowl with warm water and add the soak salts. soak as long as desired. however, 3 minutes is all that is needed. discard the roses after use.
Caution: Avoid soaking broken skin. Never reuse soak water. Discontinue use if skin is irritated.
Step 2: The Rose Mask & The Rose Essence
Harnessing the power of Rose Hip and Roses, this duo offers a potent dose of Vitamin C to brighten your skin, diminish inflammation, and stimulate collagen production.
Mask ingredients: organic rose hip powder, organic rose powder.
Essence ingredients: organic rose hydrosol.
Tips: Use warm compressed towels before applying the mask to increase absorption.
Instructions: In a small bowl combine step 3 rose mask and step 3 rose essence until is well mixed. apply the mask and allow it to work for up to five minutes. rinse well.
Caution: Don’t use on infected, cracked, or inflamed skin.
Step 3: The Rose Scrub Paste
This is not your average scrub. Crafted with skin-nourishing ingredients, it gently exfoliates dead skin, revealing a fresh, soft, and healthy layer beneath.
Ingredients: cane sugar, kokum Butter, organic unrefined jojoba oil, dehydrated cane juice, rose clay, organic rose powder, rose absolute oil, organic lily of the valley absolute oil, jasmine sambac absolute oil, organic myrrh essential oil, peppermint essential oil.
Instructions: Apply to damp skin. gently rub skin in circular motions. rinse well.
Caution: Don’t use on infected, cracked, or inflamed skin.
Step 4: The Milky Soap
Enriched with goat milk for exceptional hydration, our soap effectively cleanses without stripping your skin of moisture, leaving it beautifully hydrated.
Ingredients: Ingredients: Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerine (kosher, of vegetable origin), Goat’s Milk, Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol (made from vegetable glycerine), Sorbitan Oleate (emulsifier), Oat Protein, Titanium Dioxide (mineral whitener used in opaque soap), French clay.
Instructions: Apply to damp skin. Lather up. Rinse well.
Step 5: The Silky Rose Balm
Designed to be the ultimate luxurious and silky balm for cuticles and skin. Packed with exquisite butters and oils, it is lightly scented with our signature fragrance, providing hydration without any greasy residue or heavy feel. Your skin will reap the benefits of this indulgent treatment.
Ingredients: kokum butter, cupuacu butter, beeswax, organic cold-pressed unrefined marula oil, organic unrefined jojoba oil, organic cold-pressed rosehip seed oil, rose absolute oil, organic lily of the valley absolute oil, jasmine sambac absolute oil, organic myrrh essential oil, peppermint essential oil.
Tips: A pea-sized amount is more than enough for both hands. Store any leftover in a small tin and reapply daily.
Instructions: Apply to cuticles and surrounding skin as your last step after applying your nail or toenails extensions.

Processing and Shipping
Order Processing
Our reusable nail extensions require 3-12 business days for processing, due to their unique nature. Customers can opt for priority processing, which shortens the processing time to 1-2 business days.
All items ordered alongside the nail extensions will be shipped together. If you wish for any of these items to be shipped sooner, please make a separate order.
Orders that do not contain nail extensions will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Processing time DOES NOT include shipping time.

Domestic Shipping
48 contiguous states:
Inglass Nails offers free shipping on orders over $45. For orders below that amount, a shipping fee of $6.99 will apply.
Standard shipping is provided via UPS, with delivery expected within 1 to 3 business days. However, if your order includes flammable items like our base coat or dehydrator, it will be shipped via UPS Ground, taking 1 to 5 business days.
If you need your order sooner, you can choose the UPS Next Day Air option at checkout, provided the flammable items are not part of your order.
Alaska and Hawaii:
Standard shipping is available through USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days, though this is not guaranteed.
A faster shipping option, USPS Priority Mail Express, is also offered. Orders containing flammable items will be shipped via USPS Ground, which may take 2 to 8 business days, and this is also not guaranteed.
Please note that we do not ship to Puerto Rico.
Kindly note that once we ship your order, the shipping and handling are done by the carriers and are out of our control. Shipping delays might occur from time to time, especially during the holidays. Inglass Nails is not liable for delays caused during shipping.
Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling any order.

Policies
Returns and Exchanges
ALL NAIL AND TOENAIL EXTENSIONS SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the custom nature of all of our reusable nail extensions, we don't accept returns or exchanges. All nail extensions sales are nonreturnable / non-refundable. Returned / refused packages are not eligible for a refund.
If there is something wrong with your items upon arrival, please reach out to us within three calendar days from the delivery date. Contact us via email with a brief description and a picture of the issue to facilitate resolution.
All other products, can be returned in their original condition - unopened and unused - within 30 days of receiving the order. Customers are accountable for the return shipping costs, and we shall not be liable for any lost or damaged return packages. Refunds will be processed once the products have been received.
Order Cancelations
We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation requests made after this 12-hour window will not be accepted.
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel your order or reduce the quantity thereof, which we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Order Changes
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it.
Wrong Shipping Address
Kindly note that once we ship the order we no longer have control over it. Double check your shipping address before placing an order! If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We do not take responsibility if the order has been shipped to the wrong address. If the package is still in transit, you could reach out to the shipping carrier to change the delivery address (a fee may occur for this service by the selected carrier.)
Lost / Stolen / Not Received Packages
Inglass Nails is not duty bound to replace or refund packages that have been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
In case of your package is lost in transit, a product replacement might be issued at the discretion of lnglass Nails. Please contact us if the package has been in transit for longer than two weeks.
Kindly note that some packages might have some delays from time to time.
Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling the order.
All package claims are processed for product replacements only, (no refunds or store credit will be issued), and are subject to validation and approval at our discretion. Product replacements may require signature upon delivery.
