You are a Studio Member — a regular client with priority access to Creation Dates not visible on the open booking calendar. Your status is maintained by placing at least one order per month.

If you have not ordered for 2 consecutive months, your status returns to Studio Guest. You may regain Studio Member status by placing two consecutive monthly orders.

To maintain continuous coverage with no gap at your 4-week removal mark:

— Your first two orders should both be new handcrafted sets

— Book your second set 2 to 3 weeks after your first set ships

— Send Set 1 for renewal immediately after removing it while wearing Set 2

— Book or pre-book your next Creation Date as soon as you apply your current set

Ensuring you have a set ready at the 4-week mark is your responsibility. We recommend booking the moment you apply — not when you are approaching removal.

Renewals are processed within 3 business days of receipt — not including transit time. Submit your renewal as soon as you remove your extensions to keep your rotation on schedule.
