The Inglass Nails™ Renewal Service
Your extensions were not built to be worn once.
After four weeks of wear, your set comes back to us. We remove all bond residue, disinfect using hospital-grade protocols, restore the finish, and ship everything back — ready to be bonded again.
This is the Renewal Service. And it is one of the things that makes Inglass Nails fundamentally different from every other nail product on the market.
Why We Built This
Every Inglass Nails set is handcrafted from scratch to the exact measurements of your nail beds. A set this precisely made deserves more than one wear. So we built a service that honors that — professionally restoring your extensions so they can be worn again, at the same standard as the day they were made.
True luxury is not disposable.
The Renewal Process
Step 1 — Remove Your Set
At the four-week mark, remove your extensions using the Inglass Nails Debonder included with your set. Follow the removal guide carefully.
Step 2 — Send Them Back
Pack your extensions and send them to us using a prepaid return label. Please disclose before shipping if any extensions are broken or missing — replacement nails are billed separately and must be disclosed in advance.
Step 3 — We Restore Them
Every returned set is inspected upon arrival. Eligible sets undergo our full multi-step restoration process:
— Hospital-grade disinfection using an EPA-registered disinfectant with fungicidal, virucidal, bactericidal, antimicrobial, and mildewcidal properties
— Full removal of all bond residue from the underside and surface of each extension
— Surface resurfacing to restore structural integrity and appearance
— Fresh top coat application for a renewed, flawless finish
— All tools and materials used are single-use and designated for your set only
At no stage do your extensions come into contact with another client’s nails. Inglass Nails operates with a zero cross-use standard.
Step 4 — We Ship Them Back
Your restored set ships back to you, ready to be bonded again.
Every set is eligible for renewal up to two times. In some cases, if the extensions remain structurally sound after the second renewal, additional servicing may be possible — assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Renewal Eligibility
To qualify for renewal, your set must have been applied and removed exactly as outlined in our application guide. Renewal will be declined if:
— Alternative glues or adhesives were used at any point
— Extensions were removed with anything other than the official Inglass Nails Debonder
— Signs of bacterial or fungal infection are present upon inspection
— Extensions are broken or structurally compromised without prior disclosure
— Unauthorized products or removal methods were used
