01 · STUDIO CLIENT TIERS & BOOKING ENTRANCES
Inglass Nails™ operates as a virtual nail studio with three client tiers. Each tier has its own booking entrance, calendar access, and experience. Please book through the entrance that corresponds to your client status. Booking through the wrong entrance may result in your order being rescheduled or cancelled.
New to the Studio
First-time clients who have never placed an order with Inglass Nails™. New to the Studio clients receive a complimentary Virtual Sculpting Kit with their first order and must select a Creation Date at least 3 weeks from their purchase date. Once your sizes are on file after your first order, you will transition to Studio Guest status for all future bookings.
Book through: inglassnails.com → New to the Studio
Studio Guests
Clients who have completed their first order and have sizes on file, but order occasionally rather than on a regular monthly schedule. Studio Guests book from the guest calendar — more availability than the open calendar — with no kit wait time. You are a Studio Guest if you order occasionally or if you were previously a Studio Member and have not ordered for 2 consecutive months.
Book through: inglassnails.com → Studio Guests
Studio Members
Clients who order every month consistently. Studio Members have access to the reserved priority calendar — Creation Dates held exclusively for regular clients and not visible on the open booking calendar. Studio Member status is maintained by placing at least one order per month. If you do not order for 2 consecutive months, your status returns to Studio Guest. You may regain Studio Member status by placing two consecutive monthly orders.
Book through: inglassnails.com → Studio Members
To maintain Studio Member status and ensure continuous nail coverage, we strongly recommend the two-set rotation system outlined in Section 11.
02 · ORDER PROCESSING
All Inglass Nails extensions are handcrafted to order based on your selected Creation Date. No set is mass-produced or pre-made.
New to the Studio
Your Inglass Nails Virtual Sculpting Kit will be shipped the next business day after purchase. Once we receive your completed sizes, your nail extensions will be handcrafted and shipped the next business day. Please allow adequate time for both outbound and return kit shipping when selecting your Creation Date. We recommend booking at least 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
Studio Guests & Studio Members
Once your sizes are on file, your extensions will be handcrafted on your selected Creation Date and shipped the next business day.
Non-Nail Extension Items
All non-nail extension items ordered alongside a nail extension set will be shipped together with your extensions. If you order multiple nail sets with different Creation Dates, any non-extension items will be shipped with the earliest scheduled set. For orders that do not include nail extensions, processing and shipping will occur within 1 to 2 business days.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Inglass Nails Hours of Operation: Sunday–Thursday 9am–5pm (CT)
03 · DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Inglass Nails ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We do not ship to Puerto Rico or P.O. Boxes.
Virtual Sculpting Kit
Your Virtual Sculpting Kit is shipped to you via USPS and includes a prepaid USPS return label for sending your sizes back to us. Clients are not responsible for the cost of returning their kit. Please use only the provided label to ensure your return is tracked and accounted for. Inglass Nails is not responsible for kits returned without the provided label.
Nail Extensions — 48 Contiguous States
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $55. Orders below $55 are subject to a $6.99 shipping fee. Nail extensions are shipped via UPS, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 7 business days. For faster delivery, UPS Next Day Air is available at checkout.
Nail Extensions — Alaska & Hawaii
Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is fulfilled via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. Please note that this timeframe is not guaranteed. USPS Priority Mail Express is also available for faster delivery.
Signature on Delivery
For orders exceeding $400, a signature upon delivery may be required at the discretion of Inglass Nails. If a signature is required, you will be notified prior to shipment.
General Shipping Notice
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, shipping and handling are managed entirely by the carrier and are outside of our control. Delays may occur, particularly during peak periods and holidays. Inglass Nails is not liable for delays caused during transit. Delayed delivery does not constitute grounds for cancellation, penalty, or compensation of any kind.
04 · RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Every Inglass Nails set is handcrafted from scratch on your Creation Date — made exclusively for your nail beds and no one else’s. Because every set is a one-of-a-kind service created specifically for you, all nail extension sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Returned or refused packages are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 3 calendar days of the delivery date. Reach out via email with a brief description and photo of the issue. Issues eligible for resolution include manufacturing defects and damage incurred during shipping. Cosmetic variations inherent to handmade products do not qualify as defects.
Non-Nail Extension Products
All other products may be returned in their original condition — unopened and unused — within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We are not liable for lost or damaged return packages. Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
05 · VIRTUAL SCULPTING KIT POLICY
The Inglass Nails Virtual Sculpting Kit is provided free of charge to first-time clients upon ordering a nail extension set. The kit carries a retail value of $50.
Change of Mind Refund
If you change your mind after receiving your kit, you may request a refund of your nail set provided the kit is returned unused and unopened using the prepaid return label. To initiate a return, contact our client care team before sending the kit back. The refunded amount will reflect the cost of your nail set minus both outbound and return shipping label fees.
Kit Returned in Used Condition
If the kit is returned in used condition, a $50 kit fee will be charged. Used kits are not eligible for a fee waiver under any circumstance.
Unusable or Damaged Sizes
If we receive your kit and determine that the sizes are unusable or damaged, we will contact you promptly with two options:
Option A — Replacement Kit: We will send a replacement kit. The $50 kit fee is waived — you are responsible for shipping costs only. Your Creation Date will be rescheduled.
Option B — Cancel Your Order: A refund will be issued for the cost of your nail set minus the $50 kit fee.
Kit Lost in Transit — Outbound
If your kit shows no tracking movement for more than 2 weeks, contact client care. We will reship at no additional cost after confirming the loss.
Kit Lost in Transit — Return
If your return kit is lost in transit, we will reship a new kit at no additional cost and reschedule your Creation Date.
06 · BOOKING POLICY
New to the Studio
All first-time clients must complete the Virtual Sculpting Kit process before their nail extensions can be handcrafted. Please select a Creation Date at least 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Creation Dates cannot be guaranteed until your sizes have been received. If your kit is delayed or returned after your selected Creation Date, your booking will be rescheduled based on availability.
Studio Guests
Once your sizes are on file, you may book any available date from the guest calendar. No kit is required. Please select a Creation Date at least 1 week from purchase to allow for handcrafting and shipping time.
Studio Members
Studio Members book exclusively through the Studio Members entrance using the reserved priority calendar. Please select a Creation Date at least 1 week from purchase. For continuous wear with no gap, please refer to Section 11 — Nail Schedule & Rotation Responsibility.
07 · PRE-BOOKING & STUDIO RESERVATION POLICY
Studio Members may pre-book their next Creation Date using The Studio Reservation — a $25 fee that secures a reserved Creation Date before the calendar opens to other clients.
The $25 Studio Reservation fee:
— Is applied as a credit toward your next nail extension order
— Is refundable if cancelled more than 3 days before your reserved Creation Date
— Is non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of your reserved Creation Date
— Is forfeited in full if you miss your Creation Date without cancelling or rescheduling at least 3 days in advance
Rescheduling a Pre-Booked Date:
A reserved Creation Date may be rescheduled to a future available date one time only. A second rescheduling request will not be accommodated — the reservation will be cancelled and the fee forfeited.
The Studio Reservation is available exclusively to Studio Members booking through the Studio Members entrance.
08 · CANCELLATION POLICY
Nail Extension Bookings
Cancellations are permitted up to 72 hours before your scheduled Creation Date. Booked slots may be cancelled up to 72 hours before your scheduled Creation Date at no charge. Cancellations requested after this window will not be accepted. Please note that cancelling more than 2 nail set bookings within a 12-month period may result in the denial of future services at our discretion.
Pre-Booked Reservations
Please refer to Section 07 — Pre-Booking & Studio Reservation Policy for all reservation cancellation terms.
Non-Nail Extension Items
Orders for non-nail extension items may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order at our discretion if we determine it may violate our policies, with or without prior notice.
09 · RESCHEDULING POLICY
Standard Bookings
A booked Creation Date may be rescheduled to a future available date provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the original Creation Date. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the Creation Date will not be accepted and the booking will be treated as a cancellation.
Pre-Booked Studio Reservations
A reserved Creation Date may be rescheduled one time only to a future available date. Second rescheduling requests will not be accommodated — the reservation will be forfeited and the $25 fee will not be refunded.
Missed Bookings
Failing to appear for your Creation Date without cancelling or rescheduling at least 3 days in advance will result in forfeiture of any pre-booking reservation fee and may result in denial of future booking privileges at our discretion.
10 · ORDER CHANGES
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications. However, changes to nail art details, shape, length, or color may be accommodated provided they do not result in additional charges or require a different Creation Date. Change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your booked slot.
We are not able to accommodate shape changes that disrupt the structural foundation of the extension, or length additions that require full sculpting from scratch. Length reductions may be requested during the renewal service.
11 · NAIL SCHEDULE & ROTATION RESPONSIBILITY
Inglass Nails is a service studio — not a drop-in nail bar. Ensuring you have a set of nail extensions ready for application by the end of your 4-week wear is entirely your responsibility as the client. We are not responsible for gaps in nail coverage resulting from late bookings, missed Creation Dates, or delayed renewal orders.
How to maintain continuous nail coverage:
To ensure you always have nail extensions ready to apply at the 4-week removal mark, we recommend the following rotation system:
Step 1 — Order two sets from scratch.
Your first two orders should both be new handcrafted sets — not renewals. This gives you a second set in hand before you need to remove your first.
Step 2 — Book your second set 2 to 3 weeks after your first set ships.
This ensures your second set arrives before your 4-week removal date. Book early — do not wait until Week 3 of your current wear to book, as your preferred Creation Date may no longer be available.
Step 3 — Begin the renewal rotation.
Once you have two sets, send Set 1 for renewal immediately after removing it while you wear Set 2. Your renewed Set 1 will return during your Set 2 wear period and become your Set 3. From this point you maintain a perpetual rotation with no gaps.
Booking and scheduling responsibility:
Booking, pre-booking, and ordering renewal services in time to have nails ready by your 4-week removal date is entirely your responsibility. We recommend booking your next Creation Date or submitting your renewal as soon as you apply your current set — not when you are approaching removal.
Renewal turnaround:
The renewal service is processed in the order received. Renewals received by our studio are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt. Turnaround does not include transit time to or from your location. Plan accordingly.
Extensions cannot be removed before the 4-week mark. Do not plan your rotation around early removal. All extensions must remain bonded for the full 4-week wear period before removal.
12 · RENEWAL SERVICE POLICY & TURNAROUND
Renewal Turnaround
The renewal service requires no appointment. Renewals are processed in the order in which they are received by our studio. Standard turnaround is 3 business days from receipt of your set. This does not include transit time to or from your location. Plan your rotation accordingly — do not send your set for renewal and expect it to return within your current wear period.
Renewal Eligibility
Your set is eligible for renewal up to two times. Renewal will be declined if:
— Alternative adhesives were used at any point
— Extensions were removed with anything other than the official Inglass Nails Debonder
— Signs of bacterial or fungal infection are present upon inspection
— Extensions are broken or structurally compromised without prior disclosure
— Unauthorized products or removal methods were used
Broken Extensions
Broken extensions must be sculpted from scratch and are not included in the renewal service fee. Disclose any broken or missing extensions before sending your set in. Replacement services are billed separately.
When to Order Your Renewal
Submit your renewal order as soon as you remove your extensions — not before, and not days after. Early submission ensures your renewal is processed and returned to you during your second set’s wear period.
13 · LOST, STOLEN & UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Inglass Nails is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your package shows no tracking movement for more than two weeks, contact us. Approved claims are processed as product replacements only — no refunds or store credit. Replacements may require a signature upon delivery.
14 · WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Once your order has shipped, we no longer have control over its delivery. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If your order is still in transit, you may contact the carrier directly to request an address change — the carrier may charge a fee.
15 · TERMS OF WEAR & RENEWAL
At Inglass Nails, client safety, sanitation, and product integrity are fundamental to our brand standards. As a 100% online nail studio, we do not service in-person clients, perform cuticle cutting, or use implements that come into contact with skin. Our model is intentionally designed to minimize cross-contamination risks while maintaining a luxury, salon-quality experience.
Single-Use Tools & Personal Application
Each set includes individually sealed, disposable tools intended for one-time personal use. These tools should be discarded after use and never shared. Because application and removal are performed by you, in your own environment, your set remains exclusively yours.
Renewal Service — Inspection & Eligibility
Every returned set is thoroughly inspected upon arrival. If we observe any signs of bacterial growth, fungal presence, improper wear, or contamination, the renewal service will be respectfully declined in accordance with safety standards.
Bacterial infections associated with nail enhancements are most commonly caused by prolonged lifting that traps moisture beneath the enhancement. Our proprietary bonding system and application method are specifically designed to minimize lifting when applied correctly. The free edge — the portion most exposed to daily elements — is open to air and regularly cleansed through normal handwashing, making it an unlikely environment for bacterial growth when proper hygiene is maintained.
Professional Disinfection Protocol
All eligible returned sets undergo a structured, multi-step sanitization process:
— Hospital-grade disinfection using an EPA-registered disinfectant with fungicidal, virucidal, bactericidal, antimicrobial, and mildewcidal properties
— Full removal of residual bonding product and resurfacing of both the underside and surface of each extension
— Application of a fresh top coat to restore a flawless finish
— All tools and materials used during the renewal process are disposable and designated for that set only
At no stage do your nail extensions come into contact with another client’s nails. Inglass Nails operates with a zero cross-use standard.
16 · HYGIENE & CONTAMINATION POLICY
Do not apply Inglass Nails™ extensions over natural nails that are broken, damaged, or show signs of suspicious discoloration or bacterial or fungal infection. Applying extensions to compromised nails can trap moisture and bacteria, worsen existing infections, weaken already damaged nails, and compromise adhesion — leading to lifting, chipping, and a shorter lifespan for the extensions.
Please treat any infections or address damage before applying our extensions. Consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment if you have concerns about your nail health, and give your natural nails adequate time to heal before applying.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual whose natural nails are broken, damaged, or show signs of infection, suspicious discoloration, or other conditions that may compromise nail health or hygiene.
Proper Application and Removal
All application and removal instructions must be followed exactly as outlined in the Inglass Nails Guide available at inglassnails.com. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in compromised wear, damage to the natural nails or extensions, and an increased risk of bacterial infection. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not comply with our application and removal guidelines.
17 · CRAFTSMANSHIP & DESIGN DISCLAIMER
Our nail extensions are created using hard gel — a non-porous material. “Hard gel” refers to the type of product used, not the overall feel or thickness. Our extensions are sculpted to remain thin and flexible near the cuticle area, gradually building strength toward the tip for durability and a natural look.
Since our extensions are handmade, slight variations may be present — no two nails are identical. Imperfections such as air bubbles, glitter particles, or tiny dust particles may be present. The apex definition and structural thickness may vary based on nail art and design. Nail art details may also vary based on length.
Screens and lighting conditions affect how colors appear. Actual colors may vary from images shown. Some product images may not yet reflect the most recent updates to our designs and thickness standards.
The design of our nail extensions has transformed significantly over time. While the thickness of the nails can differ based on the chosen nail art and length, please be aware that some product images may not yet reflect these recent updates.
18 · CHIPS & CRACKS POLICY
Our Bond-on Hard Gel Extensions™ are handcrafted with precision and designed for long-lasting wear. While durable, they are not resistant to excessive force or improper use.
Potential Causes of Damage
Chips or cracks may occur from applying pressure or impact to the free edge, using nails as tools, accidental trauma or snagging, long-term exposure to harsh chemicals or acetone, altering the extensions after application, or incorrect application or sizing performed by the client.
Replacements & Refunds
We do not replace or refund extensions damaged through wear, mishandling, or activities after application. For optimal longevity, please follow all application and aftercare guidelines outlined in the Inglass Nails Guide.
19 · ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE & WEAR-AND-TEAR POLICY
Our nail extensions are sculpted from scratch using 100% hard gel and are designed to be reworn and serviced — not disposable. We distinguish between accidental damage and normal wear and tear.
Accidental Damage — Covered
Accidental damage refers to sudden, unexpected incidents that cause immediate damage to one or more extensions. Examples include an object falling onto the nail, fingers being caught or impacted by doors, drawers, or cooking accidents, or a one-time strong impact resulting in cracking or breakage.
Coverage: We will replace the affected nail extension(s) free of charge. Replacement nails will be promptly shipped to you. Coverage applies only to damage caused by a single, accidental event.
Wear & Tear — Not Covered
Wear and tear refers to gradual changes that occur through normal, repeated use over time. Examples include surface scratches or scuffing, loss of shine, minor thinning at the free edge, small chips from repeated use, and changes due to extended wear without servicing. Wear and tear is expected and does not qualify as accidental damage.
Rewear & Servicing
Our nail extensions are designed to be reworn and serviced up to two times per set. Servicing addresses wear and tear, restores finish and shape, and is separate from accidental damage replacement.
Important Notes
— Accidental damage coverage applies only to unexpected, one-time incidents
— Repeated damage, improper use, or neglect may void coverage
— Natural nail health and proper application and removal are required to maintain rewear eligibility
— Accidental damage must be reported promptly and disclosed prior to sending extensions for renewal
