The Pouch
Handmade Genuine Goat Suede
The pouch is not an accessory to the tools. It is a considered object in its own right.
Goat suede was chosen specifically for its texture, weight, and durability. It is softer than cowhide suede and holds its shape better over time — which matters for a tool pouch that will be opened and closed repeatedly over years of use.
Inside, each tool has its own individual compartment. This protects the blade edges, prevents surface scratching between tools, and keeps everything immediately accessible when you open the pouch. There is additional space built into the design to accommodate future additions to the set.
Each pouch is handmade individually in the United States.
Care Instructions
After each use, wipe all tool surfaces and blades with the included microfiber cleaning cloth to remove any residue. For deeper cleaning, lightly dampen the cloth with isopropyl alcohol and wipe each tool thoroughly, then allow to dry completely before storing.
Do not submerge your tools in any liquid. Do not use abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, or acetone on the gold titanium surface — these will damage the finish over time. Never place tools loose in a bag or hard surface without the pouch — contact with hard surfaces will scratch and wear the coating.
The blades of the cuticle nipper are hand-sharpened and precision ground. To protect the cutting edge, always engage the lock mechanism before storing and never use the nipper on anything other than cuticle tissue.
The included microfiber cleaning cloth is designed for use on gold-plated and delicate metal surfaces — the same type used for fine jewelry. Use it dry for routine wiping after each use, or lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol for disinfecting. Rinse the cloth with clean water periodically and allow it to air dry fully before placing it back in the pouch. Do not use the cloth with bleach, acetone, or any solvent-based cleaner.
The gold titanium plasma matte finish is highly durable but will show marks if the tools are stored loose against hard surfaces. The individual compartments in the pouch exist specifically to prevent this.
Store your tools in the pouch after every use — each tool has its own individual compartment to prevent contact between pieces and protect the blade edges and finish.
To care for the suede pouch, brush gently with a soft suede brush if needed to restore the nap. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, oils, or direct sunlight. The vintage rose colorway is stable but suede is a natural material that absorbs oils over time — handle the exterior with clean, dry hands. If the pouch becomes lightly soiled, spot clean with a barely damp cloth and allow to air dry completely away from direct heat.
