YOUR STATUS
You are a Studio Guest — a returning client with sizes on file who orders when the moment calls for it. Your nail bed measurements are saved permanently. Every set we make for you is built to the same fit as your first.
As a Studio Guest you book from the guest calendar with more availability than the open booking calendar. Your Creation Date can be as soon as 1 week from purchase.
Ordering consistently every month? You may qualify for Studio Member status and access to our reserved priority calendar.
YOUR CREATION DATE TIMING
What is a Creation Date?
Please select a Creation Date at least 1 week from your purchase date to allow for handcrafting and shipping time. For continuous wear with no gap, we recommend booking your next set 2 to 3 weeks after your current set ships — not at the 4-week removal mark.
How to maintain continuous nail coverage
To ensure you always have nail extensions ready to apply at the 4-week removal mark, we recommend the following rotation system:
Order two sets from scratch.
Your first two orders should both be new handcrafted sets — not renewals. This gives you a second set in hand before you need to remove your first.
Book your second set 2 to 3 weeks after your first set ships.
This ensures your second set arrives before your 4-week removal date. Book early — do not wait until Week 3 of your current wear to book, as your preferred Creation Date may no longer be available.
Begin the renewal rotation.
Once you have two sets, send Set 1 for renewal immediately after removing it while you wear Set 2. Your renewed Set 1 will return during your Set 2 wear period and become your Set 3. From this point you maintain a perpetual rotation with no gaps.
