After placing your order, we ship your complimentary Virtual Sculpting Kit the next business day. It contains everything needed to capture the precise size and curvature of your nail beds at home. Full instructions and video guide inside. Use the included prepaid USPS label to send it back.
The kit has a retail value of $50 and is complimentary with your first order.
We Handcraft Your Set
Once we receive your kit, your extensions are handcrafted on your Creation Date — your chosen design, shape, and length — sculpted entirely from scratch to your nail beds. Shipped the next business day via UPS.

YOUR CREATION DATE
What is a Creation Date?
Your Creation Date is the day your extensions are handcrafted in our studio. Think of it as your appointment — except instead of sitting in a salon chair, your set is being made for you and shipped to your door the next business day.
For your first order, please select a Creation Date at least 3 weeks from your purchase date. This allows time for your Virtual Sculpting Kit to travel to you, your sizes to be captured and returned, and for us to receive everything before we begin.
Once your sizes are on file after your first order, you will book as a Studio Guest — and your Creation Date can be as soon as 1 week from purchase.
To ensure you always have nail extensions ready to apply at the 4-week removal mark, we recommend the following rotation system:
Order two sets from scratch.
Your first two orders should both be new handcrafted sets — not renewals. This gives you a second set in hand before you need to remove your first.
Book your second set 2 to 3 weeks after your first set ships.
This ensures your second set arrives before your 4-week removal date. Book early — do not wait until Week 3 of your current wear to book, as your preferred Creation Date may no longer be available.
Begin the renewal rotation.
Once you have two sets, send Set 1 for renewal immediately after removing it while you wear Set 2. Your renewed Set 1 will return during your Set 2 wear period and become your Set 3. From this point you maintain a perpetual rotation with no gaps.
THE RENEWAL SERVICE
Your set is not disposable.
After four weeks of wear, send it back. We remove all bond residue, disinfect using hospital-grade protocols, restore the finish, and ship it back ready to wear again. Up to two times.
