While our extensions themselves are fully cured and non-allergenic, the bonding process requires a bonder, and we cannot guarantee a completely reaction-free experience for every client. This is a disclosed and accepted risk at the time of your order.

If you experience an adverse skin or nail reaction after application, remove the extension immediately and discontinue use. Because the reaction relates to individual sensitivity rather than a product defect, and because the service — handcrafting and shipping your custom set — has already been fully rendered, no refund will be issued in this circumstance.

We strongly recommend patch testing any new bonder 24 hours prior to full application if you have known sensitivities or a history of skin or nail reactions. Patch test instructions are available in your Application Guide.

This policy is separate from our defect and shipping damage policies, which remain unaffected.
