If you experience trauma or injury to your natural nail while wearing your extensions — such as a door, drawer, or impact injury — this is a serious matter and the extension must be removed immediately. Do not wait for your scheduled removal date.

Please send us a clear photo of the affected natural nail as soon as possible so we can properly assess the injury and advise you.

Under no circumstances should an extension be reapplied over an injured natural nail. Doing so can worsen the injury, trap bacteria, and delay healing. Please allow your natural nail to fully heal, and consult a medical professional if the injury is significant.

Once your natural nail has healed and you are ready to resume wear, we will renew your existing set one time, free of charge, so you may continue your original set once your nail bed is ready. This courtesy is limited to one occurrence per set.

This policy is separate from our Premature Lifting Policy and does not count against those limits.
