Handcrafted to your exact nail beds

Ships next business day after Creation Date

Professional-grade hard gel

Worn for up to 4 weeks

Renewable up to 2x

Lifting before the 4-week mark is not the result of craftsmanship. It is most commonly caused by incomplete or improper preparation and application (such as skipped steps or incomplete bonder coverage), the health and strength of the natural nail bed, wearing a length disproportionate to the nail bed, repeated exposure to water, oils, solvents, or cuticle oil, repeated impact or pressure on the extensions, oily or sweat-prone nail beds, using the extensions as tools, or other lifestyle factors outside of our control.

Assessment and Renewal

If your extensions lift before the 3-week mark, we will assess the returned set with you. If the lifting does not appear to result from a known avoidable cause, we will bring your set in for renewal at no charge and troubleshoot the likely cause with you before your next application.

If lifting occurs again on the same set following this rework, we will renew it a second time, free of charge, completing the two renewals available to every set, and continue troubleshooting with you.

If lifting occurs a third time on the same set, that set has reached its full renewal allowance. We will respectfully decline further service to the client entirely, as this pattern suggests an incompatibility between our bonding system and the client’s current lifestyle, application, or nail condition that cannot be resolved through renewal alone — unless the client agrees to a revised 3-week wear expectation going forward, as described below.

Established Wear History

Clients with an established history — defined as at least 3 consecutive sets worn to the full 4-week mark without premature lifting — will not have an isolated instance of premature lifting counted toward the service limitations above. The incident will be assessed and renewed individually under the standard process.

If premature lifting recurs within the client’s next 2 orders following this reset, it will be treated as a new pattern, and the standard three-attempt assessment cycle above will apply from that point forward.

Annual Limit on Troubleshooting Renewals

Regardless of wear history or pattern, no more than 2 separate sets per rolling 12-month period will receive free troubleshooting renewals under this policy. This limit exists independently of the per-set renewal allowance and applies across the client’s account as a whole.

Accepting a Reduced Wear Expectation

A client facing denial of service under this policy may instead choose to continue ordering under a revised expectation that extensions will remain reliably bonded for up to 3 weeks rather than 4. If premature lifting occurs before this 3-week point after accepting this adjustment, the same assessment and consequence structure above will apply, up to and including a final decision on continued service.

This policy applies specifically to premature lifting.
