Custom nail art is handcrafted based on your submitted reference photo(s) and any written notes provided at the time of booking. We recreate your design to the best of our craftsmanship and interpretation of the reference provided.

Because every set is made to order and cannot be resold, satisfaction is based on accurate execution of the approved design — not subjective preference after completion. As with all nail extension orders, custom nail art sales are final. If the completed design does not reasonably match the submitted reference and notes, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery so we can review the discrepancy.
